Your tasks

• Campaign management: Development and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, social media) to increase sales and acquire customers.
• Analysis and reporting: Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, identification of optimization potential and regular reporting to customers and internal teams.
• Budget management: Efficient management and allocation of advertising budgets to achieve the best possible ROI for our customers.
• Strategy consulting: Development and implementation of tailored performance marketing strategies for customers based on data-based insights.‍
• Marketplace optimization: Working closely with other teams to optimize product presentations and content on marketplaces to maximize conversion rates.

Your profile

• Analytical skills: Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to make data-based decisions.
• Technical expertise: Ideally, initial experience in using common marketing and analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, Facebook Business Manager).
• Organizational talent: Ability to manage and efficiently prioritize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Innovative spirit: Creative approach to developing new advertising strategies and optimizing existing campaigns.‍
• Motivation: Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to learn new subject areas.
