HR intern

We are looking for you as Interns in Human Resourcesto support our HR team and gain valuable experience in HR management. You will help with recruitment, manage application documents and help organize training and team events. In doing so, you will learn about the various aspects of personnel management and actively contribute to improving our employee satisfaction.

Your tasks

‍

• Recruiting support: You will help create and publish job advertisements, review applications and coordinate job interviews.
• Onboarding process: You help prepare and implement onboarding measures for new employees to ensure a smooth start.
• Data management: Maintaining and updating employee master data in our internal management tool.
• Personnel administration: Assistance in managing personnel documents and documents and carrying out administrative tasks.
• Staff communication: You help organize internal events and trainings and ensure that all employees are aware of relevant information.
• Feedback and improvement: Participation in the analysis of employee feedback and assistance in implementing suggestions for improvement.

Your profile

• Study: You are an enrolled student.
• Interest in HR: You are highly motivated to gain practical experience in human resources and would like to learn more about HR processes.
• Strong communication skills: Good oral and written communication skills in German and English.
• Organizational ability: You are structured and detail-oriented and can handle several tasks at the same time, even in a dynamic environment.
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude.
