Troubleshooting Manager

We are looking for you as Troubleshooting Managerto solve challenges on our marketplaces quickly and effectively. You identify problems, analyze causes and implement solutions to ensure a smooth process. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners and contribute to continuous process optimization.

• Solving the problem: Analyze and resolve technical and administrative issues on Amazon and other marketplaces to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Communication: Working directly with Amazon Support and other marketplace support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner and take preventive action.
• Data analysis: Identification and analysis of performance data in order to identify potential problems at an early stage and develop suitable solutions.
• documentation: Create and maintain troubleshooting logs and knowledge bases to provide quick, repeatable solutions.‍
• Counseling: Helping internal teams and customers optimize account settings and processes on marketplaces.
