Your advantage
The part-time digital MBA program combines your work as an account manager with a two-year, system-accredited degree in digital marketing & sales. You will get to know all facets of digital management and marketing in a practical way and can directly contribute your knowledge to exciting customer projects.
Your tasks
- customer support: Independent support for a permanent customer base and first point of contact for concerns relating to marketplace performance.
- Strategy development: Development and implementation of tailor-made strategies to increase sales and optimize performance on Amazon, eBay and other platforms.
- Project Management: Planning and implementation of marketplace projects in close cooperation with internal teams (e.g. content, performance marketing, troubleshooting).
- Data analysis: Monitoring and analysis of customer accounts, identification of trends and potentials, and preparation of optimization suggestions.
- Reports: Preparation of regular reports and presentations to make successes measurable and to derive recommendations.
- Relationship management: Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Your profile
- Customer focus: Enjoyment of direct contact with customers and the ability to identify and meet their needs.
- Analytical skills: Safe handling of figures and KPIs as well as the ability to make data-based decisions.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
- Organizational talent: Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously and set priorities effectively.
- Proactivity: High self-motivation and solution-oriented work in a dynamic environment.
- Academic requirements: Completed first degree (bachelor or equivalent) to meet the admission requirements for the MBA.
