QE Back Office Manager

(m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Back Office Managerto help our team manage internal processes efficiently. In this role, you are responsible for organizing and optimising processes, coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring that communication between departments runs smoothly. You are also very welcome as a career changer — we offer you comprehensive training and support!

Your tasks

  • Managing business projects: You will organize internal and external projects and actively contribute to the development of the company.
  • Controlling and KPIs: You maintain figures and KPIs in controlling and ensure that the team is informed that the current goals have been achieved.
  • Stakeholder communication: You maintain contact with tax advisors, lawyers and other stakeholders.
  • personnel administration: You are jointly responsible for personnel administration and maintain important master data and changes in our management tool.
  • Contracts: You support the processing of internal and external contracts.
  • financial management: You keep track of bookkeeping and accounting and ensure transparency in finances.
  • office organization: You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office and are the first point of contact for the team and management.

 

Your profile

  • organizational ability: You have excellent organizational skills and approach tasks in a structured manner.
  • Strong communication skills: You can communicate well both orally and in writing, both in German and in English.
  • Analytical skills: You quickly identify problems and develop solutions to make everyday office life efficient.
  • team player: You enjoy working in a team and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical knowledge: You are comfortable using MS Office and ideally already have experience with office software or CRM systems.
