QE Account Manager

We are looking for you as an account manager to actively shape and expand our customer relationships. You serve our customers, identify their needs and develop tailor-made solutions to strengthen long-term partnerships. In doing so, you analyze results, identify potential and work closely with internal teams to ensure our clients' success and promote our growth. Even without specific experience in account management, we look forward to receiving your application!

Your tasks

  • Customer Support: Independent support of a permanent customer base and first point of contact for all concerns relating to marketplace performance.
  • Strategy development: Development and implementation of creative strategies to increase sales and optimize the performance of customers on Amazon, eBay and other platforms.
  • Project Management: Planning, coordination and implementation of marketplace projects in close cooperation with internal teams, e.g. for content, performance marketing and troubleshooting.
  • Data analysis: Monitoring and analysis of customer accounts in order to identify trends, identify potential and proactively make suggestions for optimization.
  • Reports: Preparation of regular reports and presentations for customers to make successes measurable and make recommendations for action.
  • Relationship management: Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your profile

  • Customer focus: Distinctive service orientation and pleasure in direct contact with customers in order to understand their needs and develop tailor-made solutions.
  • Analytical skills: Confident in dealing with figures and KPI-based reporting as well as the ability to make data-based decisions.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English to present customer projects convincingly.
  • Organizational talent: Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proactivity: High self-motivation and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
